Recipes for Strength and Memory
(1) Steep 2-4 almonds in water overnight. Peel them in the morning and grind them with 1-2 seeds of black pepper and sugar candy into a fine paste. Taking this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach enhances intellect, memory, and physical strength. It also improves the vision.
(2) Pulverize 100g each of almonds, currants, dry dates, dry coconut along with 400g of roasted grams and 800g of sugar candy and store it in a clean jar. The children who take 20g to 50g of this mixture in breakfast will become strong, and their intellectual faculties and memory will also increase.
Cure constipation by removing the dryness of the Intestines
Constipation is the root cause of various diseases. Those suffering from constipation develop a habit of taking laxatives on a daily basis; which in turn causes dryness of the intestines. Taking a glass of milk mixed with 5 to 10 drops of almond oil (about an hour before bedtime) at night removes dryness of the intestines and cures constipation.
Home remedy for Mental diseases
Take aniseeds, almonds, dry petals of a rose, poppy seeds, and black pepper in equal quantities and grind them to powder. Then, mix sugar candy powder to taste and store it in a dry jar. Mix one spoonful of this mixture in a glass of water and consume it in the morning. Then instill 5 drops of desi cow ghee into each nostril. This is beneficial in all types of mental diseases.
